Guidelines and Policies
The rules that keep your number yours.
findit is an intent marketplace. You post what you are looking for once, up to five matching businesses reply with real options, and you decide who gets your phone number. These documents set out how that works, what we collect, and what we will never do.

Every rule on this site traces back to one of these. If a policy and a commitment ever disagree, treat it as a bug and tell us.
- Your number is never given away It is not shown on posting, not sold, and not included in any business-facing data. It moves only when you tap to share it with one specific business, on one specific reply.
- At most five businesses A requirement is sent to a maximum of five matching businesses — a product rule, not a capacity limit. The app exists to replace being cold-called by thirty brokers.
- Replies are real options Businesses reply from actual inventory with a stated price and photos, and each reply carries a match score. A sales pitch with no listing behind it is not a valid reply.
- Consent is recorded, and reversible Every share stores the exact wording you agreed to and the moment you agreed. You can withdraw it, and you can ask us to delete your account and its data.
